The service
Profilapp lets restaurants and independent professionals publish a page where guests book a table or an appointment without an account. Payments between guests and the restaurant or professional are not processed by Profilapp; prices shown are paid directly to them.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for the content of your page — including menus, prices, allergen information and opening hours — and for honouring the reservations you accept.
Acceptable use
Don't use Profilapp for unlawful services, spam, impersonation, or to collect sensitive data such as medical records. We may suspend pages that abuse the service.
Bookings
A reservation is an agreement between the restaurant or professional and the guest. A restaurant decides whether to accept each table request and sets its own cancellation, modification and no-show rules.
Plans and billing
Profilapp has a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Business), billed in US dollars through PayPal, monthly or yearly. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Plan & billing: you keep your plan until the end of the period already paid, then your account moves to the free plan; nothing is deleted. Payments for the current period are not refunded, except where the law requires it — if something went wrong, write to support@profilapp.com within 14 days of a payment and we'll look into it. We'll announce price changes at least 30 days in advance.
Availability
We work hard to keep Profilapp reliable but provide it “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted service.
Your guests' information (service provider)
When you use Profilapp to receive reservations, you remain responsible for your guests' personal information. Profilapp acts as your service provider: it uses the information only to provide the service, protects it with reasonable security measures, shares it only with necessary providers, tells you about any confidentiality incident that concerns you, erases a restaurant guest's details 3 years after their last reservation and destroys everything when your account is closed. You agree to send commercial offers only to guests who consented and to honour unsubscribes (Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation).
