Who we are
Profilapp provides booking pages for independent professionals. For data that professionals collect from their clients through Profilapp, the professional is the data controller and Profilapp acts as their processor.
What we collect
Professionals: account email, name, phone (optional), profile content, services, availability and settings. Clients: the name, email, optional phone and optional note entered when booking. Page views are counted with a daily, salted hash — we never store raw IP addresses.
How we use it
To run booking pages, prevent double bookings and abuse, send booking emails and in-app notifications, and show simple statistics to the professional. We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Health and sensitive data
Profilapp is a general appointment scheduler. Please don't enter medical histories, diagnoses or other sensitive information in booking notes. Using Profilapp for regulated health data requires additional legal and technical safeguards that are not part of this service.
Processors
Supabase (database, authentication, storage — EU region), Vercel (hosting and cookieless, anonymous page-view analytics), Resend (transactional email) and Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection).
Retention and deletion
Professionals can delete their account at any time from Settings; this permanently deletes their page, services, bookings and client records. Clients can ask the professional, or us, to delete their data.
